The device is used to scan digital signal curves at up to 200 MHz and supports user-defined voltage levels with a resolution of 100 mV. The PXI-6548 also offers advanced synchronization functions for creating integrated mixed-signal test systems, for hardware comparison in bit error tests, and for bank-by-bank functions for digital timing.
