The PXIe ‑ 6547 is a digital signal generator and analyzer with 32 single ‑ ended digital pins for basic device characterization. The device is used to scan digital signal curves with up to 100 MHz and supports user-defined voltage levels with a resolution of 100 mV. The PXI-6547 also offers advanced synchronization functions for creating integrated mixed-signal test systems, for hardware comparison in bit error tests, and for bank-by-bank functions for digital timing.
