The USB‑6525 is an industrial-grade, bus-powered USB I/O module for the most demanding applications. The outputs for solid-state relays are particularly suitable for controlling pumps, valves, motors and other industrial actuators. The USB‑6525 offers per-channel isolated digital inputs that can be used to read digital industrial sensors and eight outputs for solid-state relays with a switching voltage of 60 VDC/30 Vrms and a maximum switching current of 500 mA per channel. With the help of programmable switch-on states, users can configure digital I/O states in the software in such a way that interference-free and safe operation is also guaranteed when industrial actuators such as pumps, valves, motors or relays are connected.
