The PXI ‑ 2536 is an 8x68 ‑ matrix switch module that is particularly suitable for low ‑ voltage DC signals in validation test systems for high volume equipment such as semiconductor chips and printed circuit boards (PCB). The PXI ‑ 2536 has FET relays and offers unlimited mechanical life and switching speeds of up to 50,000 crosspoints per second. The integrated function for counting the switching processes for monitoring and deterministic operation with hardware triggers improves test throughput.
