Technical Data

Description

778572-10 | NI PXI-2510, FIU switch module, 68 channels, 2 A.

The FIU (Fault Insertion Unit) PXI-2510 was designed for hardware-in-the-loop applications and reliability tests on electronic components. Each module has a set of feedthrough channels that can be opened or short-circuited to one or more fault buses. This architecture can be used to simulate open or broken connections as well as channel-by-channel for short circuits between pins, to battery voltages and to ground. If the PXI-2510 is controlled with the LabVIEW Real-Time Module, it is particularly suitable for validating the reliability of control systems such as B. ECUs and FADECs.

Product features:

  • Bus type: PXI Hybrid
  • Number of channels: 68
  • Relay type: electromechanical
  • Maximum switching voltage (DC): 150 V
  • Maximum switching current (DC): 2 A.
  • Switching bandwidth: 6.5 MHz
