The P6139B is a high performance 10X passive voltage probe with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and an input impedance of 10 MΩ. This probe is characterized by a small probe head and a sharp tip that enables precise testing in densely packed circuits. It supports Tektronix oscilloscopes via the TekProbe interface, allowing direct BNC connection to oscilloscopes that have 1 MΩ inputs. The P6139B is ideal for precise voltage measurements in various applications such as electronics development, production engineering and service work.
