ABex rear module for connecting external devices to the ABex bus

The ABex RM-RUBI is a rear module for the ABex system. It is designed to connect devices from the back of a chassis to the analog bus backplane and to route signals for debugging purposes. Each of the 30 analog buses can be routed to one of the four 4 SMB ports.
