U9400A | 8 GHz solid state FET transfer switch

The Keysight Solid State Switch U9400A offers excellent performance in terms of isolation, switching speed and video leakage over a wide operating frequency range from 300 kHz to 8 GHz. Due to the low video leakage, these switches are particularly suitable for testing sensitive RFIC components. Use the U9400A for RF and microwave switching applications that require high isolation, fast switching speed and low video loss over a long switching life cycle.
