The cost-effective passive probe N7007A offers a bandwidth of 400 MHz with a 10: 1 input divider with high impedance. It is particularly suitable for measurements in temperature chambers since it can be used in a temperature range from -40 ° C to +85 ° C. Together with the robust probe tip set, it is ideal for measurements on ICs, electronic modules or circuits in temperature chambers.

This probe can be used with all oscilloscopes that have a BNC input with 1 MΩ input resistance.
