Description

7072-HV | 8X12 Hv Semiconductor Card

The Model 7072-HV is specifically designed for semiconductor parameter testing on wafers and devices to switch low level, high voltage and high impedance signals. It offers two signal paths that can switch up to 1300V at less than 1pA offset current. In addition, four further signal paths with less than 20pA offset current allow switching of signals up to 200V. The connections are 3-lug triax with enhanced shielding for safety and noise suppression. The Model 7072-HV is typically used with the Model 2410 and 2600B SourceMeter SMU instruments and the 4200-SCS Parameter Analyzer for comprehensive semiconductor characterization.
