Fluke 1623-2 is a grounding meter that can perform all four types of grounding measurements. The Fluke 1623 earth tester can measure earth loop resistances with current clamps and therefore using the spike-free measurement method. This measurement method does not require earthing spikes or the separation of earth electrodes.
