The Fluke ii1030 is a precision acoustic camera designed for the rapid, non-contact detection, localization, and quantification of compressed air, gas, and vacuum leaks. In industrial facilities, even small leaks result in ongoing energy costs and can compromise equipment availability. With the ii1030, suspicious areas can be investigated while production is running, and necessary repairs can be prioritized effectively.

An array of 202 MEMS microphones captures sound signals in the range of 2 to 64 kHz. The SoundMap display overlays the acoustic source with the image from the 13-megapixel visual camera. On the 7-inch touchscreen with an anti-glare, sunlight-readable surface, maintenance teams can directly locate leaks and document their findings. The LeakQ analysis helps assess leak rate, cost of loss, and urgency.

  • SoundMap: Overlay of acoustic localization data on the visual image displayed on a 7-inch touchscreen with an anti-reflective surface.
  • Sound Source Mode: Supports leak testing in conjunction with a suitable external sound source.
  • Storage and Reports: 110 GB of internal storage and on-device report generation, in addition to offline and online reports.
  • Industrial-grade design: IP54 protection rating, integrated LED light, Wi-Fi, and weighs only about 1.2 kg including the battery.
  • Battery Operation: When operated with two interchangeable batteries, a total runtime of more than seven hours is possible.
  • Optional thermography: With the separately available TC03A module, acoustic testing can be supplemented with thermal images.

Improvements over the Fluke ii905: The ii1030 replaces the ii905 and offers, among other things, 202 microphones instead of 64, a 13-MP visual camera instead of 5 MP, 110 GB of storage instead of 32 GB, and a more robust IP54 protection rating. The increased detection range and on-device reporting capabilities simplify work during regular inspection rounds.

The model described here is the base unit without an additional thermal imaging camera bundle or Premium Care package. A TC03A module and a suitable sounder can be added separately if needed.
