The Extech LT45 is a professional LED light meter for the precise measurement of illuminance from a wide range of light sources. In contrast to the LT40, the LT45 not only measures white LEDs, but also colored LED light sources (red, yellow, green and blue). This makes the device ideal for lighting planners, building technicians, safety specialists, interior designers and for testing and maintenance tasks in schools, offices, production facilities or public institutions.
In addition to LEDs, the illuminance of fluorescent, halogen and classic incandescent lamps can also be measured. Thanks to color and cosine-correct sensor technology, the LT45 delivers reliable, standard-compliant measured values - both in lux and in foot-candles.
The LT45 is equipped with an external light sensor that can be extended up to 1.5 m via a spiral cable. This makes it easier to take measurements in hard-to-reach places or in areas where the display needs to be positioned separately for optimum readability. Minimum, maximum and average values can be saved, and up to 99 measured values can be stored manually and recalled later.
Thanks to its automatic switch-off, large 4000-count display and robust carrying case, the LT45 is ideal for both mobile and stationary use.
