410-299 | JTAG HS3 product kit

The JTAG-HS3 Programming Cable is a compact, high-performance USB programming and debugging tool for Xilinx FPGAs and SoCs. It connects directly to the Xilinx 2×7 JTAG header and uses a separate Vref pin to support JTAG signal levels between 1.8V and 5V. The cable delivers data rates of up to 30 Mbps over USB 2.0 and provides open-drain buffering on pin 14 - ideal for Zynq SoC debugging. Power is supplied via USB and the device is immediately compatible with Xilinx ISE, Vivado, iMPACT™, ChipScope™ and EDK.
