The DEICO MIL-STD-1553 Box Type Bus Coupler series offers a robust and economical solution for building reliable data bus structures. Through transformer coupling, defined impedance, and high isolation, these bus couplers enable stable signal transmission in MIL-STD-1553 networks.

Typical applications for the DEICO MIL-STD-1553 bus couplers include avionics, military communication systems, and test and development environments with structured bus architectures.

The DE8215 model is a bus coupler with 5 stubs and right-hand termination. Compared to the unterminated DE8205, this model offers an integrated bus termination solution. Compared to the dual-terminated DE8235 variant, it features single-ended termination.
