The Keysight InfiniiVision 2000 X Series Oscilloscopes embedded software package provides protocol triggering and decoding for a wide range of the most popular serial buses used today for embedded and mixed-signal designs . This bundle also enables other advanced analysis capabilities, including mask testing, to aid in testing modern electronic designs.

  • The oscilloscope solution with the fastest throughput for triggering and analyzing serial buses such as I²C, SPI and RS232 / 422/485 / UART
  • Triggering and analyzing the serial 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire SPI protocol
  • On-screen serial decoding time-correlated with the waveforms of the serial data
  • This package enables I²C, SPI, RS232 / 422/485 / UART serial triggering and decoding as well as hardware-based pass / fail mask limit tests
