The MPS series from B&K Precision offers modular DC power supply solutions that support up to four output channels and a maximum total output of 1,200 W in a compact 1U housing. The series is characterized by a high degree of flexibility, as different modules can be combined. The modular power supply units are ideal for automatic test systems (ATE) in research, development and production. They are particularly suitable for applications with high test requirements, including battery testing and system validation.
General features of the series:
- Compact 1U housing with up to four output modules
- Modular design for maximum flexibility
- Multi-range operation for different voltage/current combinations
- Series and parallel operation to increase maximum voltage/current
- Advanced list mode programming for complex test sequences
- Synchronization between modules and main units
- Clean output power with protection functions (overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature)
- USB, LAN and GPIB interfaces for remote control
- Rack mounting kit included for easy integration
The Mainframe MPS1001 provides space for up to four modules and allows a flexible combination of voltage and current modules up to a maximum output power of 1.200 W. The MPS1000 mainframe also has 4 slots, but is only designed for a maximum power of up to 600 W.
Available modules:
The MPS series supports a total of eight different modules that differ in terms of voltage, current and power range:
