The Software Subscription Programme from NI.

Since January 2022, NI software has been converted to subscription licences. This thus also includes all software development licences that you can now purchase in the dataTec Webshop.

Cancellation and contract renewal.

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of its validity period at the prices valid at that time, invoiced by National Instruments (NI). Unless otherwise specified in the offer, your license is a time-limited license (also referred to as a "subscription license").

The term of the License begins on the date of our invoice to you, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or otherwise specified in the Quote. At the end of the License Term, your Subscription License will automatically renew for an additional year unless terminated by either party by notice to the other at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the renewal term.

DThe renewal fee may change from time to time and is at NI's discretion. In such event, NI will notify you of the new fee at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the license term. If you do not agree to the new fee, you must notify NI at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the new license term that you do not wish to renew. You also understand that certain personal data relevant to the particular order and future contractual purposes will be shared with National Instruments (NI), who will be considered the data controller.
