The Cinergia GE+ vAC/DC series comprises 13 models from 7.5 kW to 160 kW and offers "Same Power in AC and DC". Each device can freely specify grid characteristics such as voltage, frequency, phase angle and (inter)harmonics up to the 50th order per phase; THDi on the grid side < 3 % at cos φ > 0.98 ensures a clean feed-in. The 30 kHz control loop and extensive interference profiles (including IEC 61000-4-11/-13/-14/-28, LVRT, SEMI-F47) enable reproducible tests. Applications range from electromobility & charging infrastructure to energy storage, PV/PV emulation, smart grids and power HiL.
The GE+ 60 vAC/DC model offers a rated power of 54 kW and is the most powerful variant within the compact housing series. It combines the highest output currents with precise, fast control and a fully regenerative architecture - ideal for demanding tests on high-performance drives, charging infrastructure or large battery systems. In AC mode, the device delivers up to 87 A (3-channel) or 261 A (1-channel). In DC mode, ±87 A (3-channel) and ±261 A (1-channel) are available. Thanks to its dynamics, programmability and robust regenerative capability, the GE+ 60 vAC/DC is particularly suitable for continuous power test benches, development centers and industrial validation applications.
