Technical Data

Description

AGS-0060 | XJLink2-3070, JTAG Controller for Teradyne ICT Systems

The AGS-0060 from XJTAG is a JTAG and programming controller designed for integration into the Keysight Utility Card of the Keysight/Agilent Medalist i3070. It connects PC-based XJTAG test software to the device under test and enables fully integrated control directly from BT-BASIC.

With 18 flexibly configurable interface pins, the AGS-0060 is suitable for JTAG testing, programming tasks, and digital I/O applications. The pins can be used as JTAG TAP signals, programmable I/Os, or for voltage references. This makes the product ideal for functional tests, boundary-scan applications, programming multiple devices, and measurement tasks on units under test.

Product Features:

  • 18 configurable interface pins
  • Support for up to 4 independent JTAG-TAPs
  • TCK frequency: 10 kHz to 166 MHz in 0.01-MHz steps
  • 2 independent XJLink banks, each with 9 pins
  • Output voltage per bank: 1.1 V to 3.5 V in 0.1-V increments
  • Output voltage tolerance: ±5%, typically ±3%
  • Configurable slew rate and drive strength per output pin
  • UUT power supply via pin 1: up to 50 mA
  • Frequency measurement: 1 Hz to 200 MHz, accuracy ±10 ppm
  • Voltage measurement: 0 V to 5 V, accuracy ±(0.2% + 10 mV)
