The FLIR Si2a-LD (T91264) is a stationary industrial acoustic camera designed for continuous monitoring and early detection of compressed air and gas leaks. The system uses 124 low-noise MEMS microphones and visualizes sound sources in real time. AI-powered detection and analysis help automatically locate leaks and determine their estimated size and the resulting annual costs. The T912644 model features Wi-Fi and, thanks to its IP66 protection rating, is designed for demanding industrial environments outside of potentially explosive areas.

Typical applications include continuous condition monitoring of compressed air distribution systems, piping, valves, fittings, and connection points. This enables the early detection of energy losses and unnecessary operating costs. In addition, the camera is suitable for monitoring gas systems and associated infrastructure, for example, to detect fugitive emissions, pressure-induced leaks, or failing seals before they pose a safety risk. The camera can generally detect gases under sufficient pressure and quantify leakage rates for, among others, compressed air, ammonia, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, and nitrogen.
