The TDP4000 Differential Probe is the ideal choice for precise high frequency measurements up to 4 GHz in digital system designs. With a differential input capacitance of ≤0.3 pF and an input impedance of 100 kΩ, it offers excellent signal accuracy and minimizes loading effects on the Device Under Test (DUT). Its compact design allows easy connection to small SMDs, while direct integration with TekVPI™ interface oscilloscopes ensures intuitive operation and comprehensive measurement functionality. Ideal for design validation, troubleshooting and high-speed signal integrity analysis such as I²C, SPI and more.
