The Tektronix TCP0020 is a precision AC/DC current clamp with a measurement range of up to 20 ARMS and the ability to capture peak currents of up to 100A. It offers a bandwidth from DC to over 50 MHz, easy handling with split-core design for simple circuit connections and low noise sensitivity. The clamp is suitable for a wide range of applications such as power supplies, semiconductor devices and electronic circuits, and it connects directly to TekVPI™ interface oscilloscopes, enabling automatic scaling and display.
