SOLN-WBG | Reference solution for wide band gap double pulse testing, 1 GHz bandwidth

Accelerate the validation of SiC and GaN power systems with this reference solution from Tektronix for double-pulse, wide-bandgap testing.

Analysis of systems with large band gaps is simplified and teams can quickly measure key WBG-DPT parameters.

Product features:

  • JEDEC and IEC-compliant analyzes directly on the measuring device
  • 1 GHz bandwidth for easy analysis of high-frequency signals
  • Arbitrary function generator with integrated software for double-pulse testing of signals
  • High-side and low-side Side probes with common mode noise suppression and precise measurement results

The scope of delivery includes the MSO58B (5-BW-1000), the 5-WBG-DPT software for Standard double pulse testing and 5-PWR for advanced performance measurements. Also included are the THDP0200 high-voltage differential probe and the TCP0030A two-piece AC/DC current probe. The delivery also includes the TekScope PC software SOLN-TKSCOPE-AUTO-3Y and the TekDrive data storage subscription PCB-SOLN-STR-TDRIVE for one year.
