TA061 | Probe, passive, SMA 10x, 1.5 GHz, 12V

The Low Z miniature probes are intended for connection to devices with 50 Ω input impedance. For high-frequency measurements, they represent a cheap alternative to active probes. Due to their low input impedance in the frequency range up to 100 MHz, however, the signal source should be able to be loaded without any problems.
