The course “Developing Test Programs with TestStand” teaches you how to navigate the TestStand environment—with the goal of quickly creating custom test applications. You’ll learn about the available TestStand features so you can use them to create and deploy test sequences for a complete test. Techniques for the automated execution of sequences based on your test requirements will be explained. You’ll be introduced to various options for improving the modularity and reusability of test code. You’ll also receive an introduction to synchronized, parallel tests for improving test throughput, as well as to report generation and database logging.

Prerequisites

  • Experience with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or the C programming language
  • Recommended courses (depending on your development environment): LabVIEW Core 1, LabWindows/CVI Core 1
