The NI-5191 is a differential active probe with an input bandwidth of 800 MHz and an attenuation ratio of 10: 1. It can be used with oscilloscopes with an input resistance of 50 Ω. The probe can be powered by a type N barrel connector from a USB port or by using a 9 V alkaline battery.
