779779-01 | NI PCIe GPIB with NI-488.2 driver for Linux

The PCIe GPIB is an IEEE 488 controller for computers with PCI Express expansion slots. This module allows a meter to be integrated into a system using GPIB. The PCIe‑GPIB achieves maximum transfer rates according to IEEE 488.2. Thanks to the integrated bus master DMA controller, interruptions in data transfer are prevented by the microprocessor. The module includes a license for the NI‑488.2 driver software for maximum reliability when connecting to third-party instruments with GPIB. The PCIe-GPIB includes a low-profile bracket option and a kit with the NI-488.2 driver for Linux®. The module is compatible with Windows, Linux® and Mac OS X regardless of the PCIe‑GPIB purchased. Linux® is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds in the US and other countries.
