The Keithley 6220 DC Power Source combines ease of use and extremely low power noise . Low power supply is important for applications in test environments, from R&D to manufacturing, especially in the semiconductor, nanotechnology and superconductor industries. Thanks to its high supply accuracy and integrated control functions , the Keithley 6220 is ideally suited for applications such as Hall measurements, resistance measurements in delta mode, pulsed measurements and measurements of the differential conductance.

The Keithley 6200 Series also includes the Keithley 6221 AC / DC source / drain.
