GW Instek GLC-9000 | Leakage current tester AC/DC 25mA, 75mA AC PEAK measurement.
Depending on the applicable test standard, the safety test on electrical devices must be completed with a leakage current measurement with an increased nominal voltage after the test on the de-energized device. Only the leakage current test enables the activation of internal switching elements in electrotechnical devices.
The GCL9000 enables tests according to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60990, among others. Here, the human body is simulated with its dissipative properties.
