The DEICO MIL-STD-1553 In-Line Bus Coupler series provides reliable electrical connections for multiple devices in standardized data bus networks. The series offers transformer coupling, stub connections, shielding, and isolation for professional MIL-STD-1553 installations.

Typical applications for the bus coupler series include military and civilian platforms, avionics systems, and professional benchtop test systems.

The DEICO DE80101XX is an aeronautical in-line bus coupler with one stub, bus lines on opposite sides, and no termination.

Compared to terminated 1-stud variants, this model offers a simple, unterminated connection for bus structures with an external termination solution. Product features of the series: MIL-STD-1553 In-Line Type Coupler Transformer Ratio: 1:1.41 Stub Resistor Value: 59 Ohms ±1% 1W Characteristic Impedance: λ = 78 Ohms Common Mode Rejection: -45.0 dB max. @ 1.0 MHz Droop: 20% max. at 250 kHz Stub Voltage: 1.0 V to 14.0 V P-P Input Impedance of Bus: 3000 Ohms min.
