Dynamic impedance measurements can be performed with the LCX-K106 option for the Rohde & Schwarz LCX100 and LCX200 LCR meters. These sweep measurements take impedance values at a range of frequency values. The voltage or current values of the test signal or the bias signal can also be used as sweep parameters. The results are output as tables of measured values and graphically.
