16451B | Dielectric test adapter

The measuring adapter 16451B is suitable for determining the dielectric constant of film material and meets the requirements of ASTM D150 (ATSM International / American Society for Testing and Materials). The measuring adapter consists of two parallel plates between which the dielectric material is fixed. The resulting capacitor can be connected to Keysight LCR measuring devices or impedance analyzers (formerly Agilent's electronic measuring technology) in order to determine the dielectric parameters and the capacitance.
