D3000AERB | Aerospace software for InfiniiVision 3000 X series oscilloscopes

The aerospace software bundle for the Keysight oscilloscopes of the InfiniiVision 3000A X and 3000T X series enables protocol triggering and decoding for the serial buses MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429 . This package also enables other advanced analysis capabilities including eye diagram mask test and frequency response analysis (FRA) to aid in testing and debugging of electronic systems in the aerospace and defense industries.

  • Hardware-based decoding helps to find errors much faster
  • Triggering on specific MIL-STD 1553 command / status words, data words and error conditions
  • Triggering on ARINC429 labels, data and error conditions
  • Perform hardware-based pass / fail mask tests for MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC429 to test the analog quality of your network
  • Automatically perform parametric measurements with statistics for comparison with published electrical specifications according to MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC429
  • For the InfiniiVision 3000A X-Series oscilloscopes, this package enables serial triggering and decoding according to MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429, mask tests, advanced math functions, and advanced HDTV video triggering and analysis
  • For the InfiniiVision 3000T X-series oscilloscopes, this package enables serial triggering and decoding according to MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429, mask tests, frequency response analysis (Bode plot) and advanced HDTV video triggering and analysis. Advanced math is already standard on all 3000T X-Series oscilloscopes
