RTB-B1 | Mixed-signal extension / MSO option (upgrade), 16-channel, 250 MHz, for oscilloscope RTB2000 (1333.1105.03)

With the R & S®RTB-B1 option, every RTB2000 series oscilloscope becomes an intuitively operable MSO (mixed-signal oscilloscope) with 16 additional digital channels.

The oscilloscope then acquires and analyzes analog and digital signals synchronously and time-correlated to each other. For example, the delay between input and output of an A / D converter can advantageously be determined using the cursor measurements.

  • Digital channels: 16 (incl. 2 logic samples RT-ZL03)
  • Sampling rate: 1.25 Gsample / s
  • Acquisition memory: 10 Msample
