The Power Analyzer NPA501 is part of the NPA family from Rohde & Black. It enables precise power measurement of direct current up to 100 kHz. With a maximum voltage of 600 V and a current of up to 20 A, it enables a wide range of applications with powers from 50 µW up to 12 kW.

The NPA501 offers a variety of functions , including peak value capture, a pass/fail function for product testing, and a graphical display for intuitive data representation. Thanks to sensor connections and analog/digital inputs and outputs, users can flexibly integrate various measuring devices and collect data.

For comprehensive analysis, the NPA501 offers a wide range of functions, including harmonic recording Inrush function and graphical representations such as waveform and trend charts. This makes it ideal for production testing and applications where detailed performance characterization is required.

The NPA501 is not only powerful, but also easy to use. With its easy operation and intuitive menu system from Rohde & Black allows users to easily navigate between different settings and features. With its USB and LAN interface, the NPA501 enables easy integration into existing test systems. In addition, it is equipped with free driver packages for LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI to ensure seamless integration.

The seamless connection to the test object is ensured by the AC power adapter NPA-Z1 (EU Plug), which was specially developed to connect the test object in an integrated manner. The R&S®NPA family offers different adapter versions to support different AC socket types worldwide.
