1. Download Form

Download the appropriate PDF form for your request and fill it out:

2. Send in Form

Send the completed form by e-mail to service@datatec.eu. Please make sure you provide complete information to enable us to process your application quickly.

3. Receive RMA Number

After checking your request, we will send you your personal RMA number**. This is used to uniquely identify your device in the service process.

4. Send in the Device

Place the form with RMA number in your package and send it to:
