Das PXIe-4497 ist ein hochauflösendes PXI-Express-Modul zur Erfassung von Schall- und Schwingungssignalen mit bis zu 16 simultan abtastenden Eingängen. Es wurde speziell für Messaufgaben mit hoher Kanalanzahl entwickelt und bietet durch seine 24-Bit-Analogeingänge und die integrierte IEPE-Konditionierung optimale Voraussetzungen für präzise Messungen mit Mikrofonen, Beschleunigungssensoren und anderen Wandlern mit großem Dynamikbereich. Mit einer maximalen Abtastrate von 204,8 kS/s pro Kanal, einem Dynamikbereich von 114 dB sowie kapazitiver und galvanischer Kopplung ermöglicht das PXIe-4497 verlässliche und detailgenaue Signalerfassungen. Zwei softwarewählbare Verstärkungsfaktoren sowie automatische Antialiasing-Filter, die sich der jeweiligen Abtastrate anpassen, sorgen für eine flexible und störungsarme Signalverarbeitung. Die integrierte TEDS-Sensorerkennung ermöglicht eine automatische Sensoridentifikation und reduziert Konfigurationsfehler. Typische Anwendungsbereiche sind NVH-Analysen (Geräusch, Vibration und Rauheit), umfangreiche Mikrofonarrays sowie dynamische Strukturprüfungen in der Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Forschung.
