781742-01 | NI PXIe-4140, SMU with 4 channels

The PXIe-4140 is a 4-channel SMU (Source Measure Unit) that is ideal for applications with a high number of pins. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for accurate measurements. Due to the high sampling rate of the PXIe-4140, measurement times can be reduced, the transient behavior can be recorded and the current-voltage characterization of test objects can be carried out quickly. With a high-speed sequencing engine, all SMUs can be synchronized with each other or with other measuring devices such as switch modules or high-speed digital test modules.
