781012-01 | NI PXIe-6548 (200 MHz, 32 digital I / O channels, 1.2 to 3.3 V, 100 mV steps, 1 Mbit per channel)

The PXIe ‑ 6548 is a digital signal generator and analyzer with 32 single ‑ ended digital pins for basic device characterization. The device is used to scan digital signal curves at up to 200 MHz and supports user-defined voltage levels with a resolution of 100 mV. The PXI-6548 also offers advanced synchronization functions for creating integrated mixed-signal test systems, for hardware comparison in bit error tests, and for bank-by-bank functions for digital timing.
