The GE&EL+ vAC/DC SiC combines a mains source (GE) and electronic load (EL) in a bidirectional, regenerative system. Based on modern SiC MOSFET technology, the device operates with high efficiency (≥ 94 %) and switching frequencies of up to 60 kHz. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used as a precise AC or DC source and load - ideal for dynamic tests, energy recovery and simulation-based test setups in laboratories and industry.

Model focus: GE&EL+ 50 vAC/DC SiC + ITe. This variant of the 50 kW system is equipped with an external isolation transformer (ITe: "Isolated Transformer external"). This makes the main unit more compact, lighter and easier to integrate - ideal for mobile or space-critical test setups. Compared to the + ITi version (integrated transformer in the cabinet), the + ITe offers more flexible handling, while the electrical performance data remains completely identical.
