Technical Data

Description

XJA-0033 | Signal Integrity Splitter Board, Standard Version

The XJA-0033 from XJTAG is a splitter and signal integrity board designed to provide flexible connectivity between XJTAG test systems and various interface configurations.

The board splits the signals from a 20-pin ribbon cable with a 0.1-inch pitch onto two additional 20-pin cables. This enables conversion between the XJTAG Compact Interface and the SignalIntegrity9 interface—in both directions.

On the side with the two 20-pin cable connectors, all even-numbered pins are connected to ground. On each individual cable connector, the ground connections are on pins 10 and 20. This defined pinout supports reliable signal routing within corresponding JTAG test setups.

Typical Application:

The XJA-0033 is suitable for test, development, and production environments where JTAG signals need to be distributed across multiple cable connections or converted between the Compact Interface and SignalIntegrity9 interfaces.

Product Features:

  • Part Number: XJA-0033
  • Splitting a 20-pin 0.1-inch cable into two 20-pin cables
