The XJTAG XJA-0031 is a compact splitter and signal integrity board for XJTAG test systems. As a space-saving SFF version of the XJA-0030, the adapter distributes a 20-pin connector with a 0.1-inch pitch across two 20--pin connectors, thereby simplifying the connection between a compatible XJTAG controller and the device under test.

The board is designed for applications that require multiple connection options but have limited space available. The split across two connectors supports clear and flexible cabling within development, test, and production environments.

Thanks to the defined ground path on the DUT side, ground lines can be routed between the individual signals of a ribbon cable. This helps improve the signal integrity of the JTAG connection and reduce interference-prone signal paths.
