The DEV-0011 XJDeveloper is an integrated development environment for developing, executing, and debugging JTAG/boundary-scan tests for electronic assemblies. The software supports developers in prototype bring-up, test development, and the preparation of test projects for mass production.

The product is particularly well-suited for testing printed circuit boards, analyzing short circuits and open circuits, reusing device-specific tests, and performing in-system programming of Flash, FPGA, and CPLD devices. Completed projects can be exported for use in XJRunner.
