VIC-200-03 | VICORE PC with iNspekt Exss embedded software

The VICORE is a dual camera vision system that, in combination with a variety of Teledyne sensors and software technologies, offers excellent performance, flexibility and easy integration for industrial automation applications.

This versatile system is ideal for inspection applications that use traditional 2D imaging, thermal imaging, 3D imaging, or a combination thereof. The compact book format requires little cabinet space and offers easily accessible, front-side connections for cameras, inputs and outputs, and system components. This also includes a dedicated industrial Ethernet port that enables efficient communication with other factory devices via Ethernet/IP or Profinet.

Typical applications include traditional inspection of parts or assemblies with one or two 2D area scan sensors, inspection of thermal features on assemblies with one or two infrared sensors, height-based feature measurements with one or two 3D profile sensors, and surface applications with one or two 2D area scan sensors in combination with multi-segment lighting (shape from shading).

The VICORE can be used in various configurations, either as a standalone system with a connected HDMI display and keyboard, or remotely controlled via the LAN connection. Project engineers can set up and maintain the solution via remote desktop on their PC.

The VICORE is a smart choice as it is user-friendly and offers built-in features on both the hardware and software side. It is an affordable solution for anyone looking for performance and flexibility in system design.
