The FLIR Si2a-Pro (No Wi-Fi) is a fixed-mount acoustic imaging camera designed for continuous monitoring of industrial and energy-related facilities. It reliably detects, locates, and evaluates compressed air and gas leaks as well as partial discharges in real time. Using 124 low-noise MEMS microphones and AI-powered analysis, the system automatically classifies faults, assesses their severity, and provides appropriate recommendations for action.

The system is particularly well-suited for the continuous condition monitoring of substations, power distribution facilities, switchgear, and gas-insulated equipment. It also enables the early detection of leaks in piping, valves, and joints. In addition to leak localization, the system also calculates the leak rate and the resulting annual costs, thereby enabling a sustainable reduction in energy losses, emissions, and unplanned plant downtime.

The No-Wi-Fi version is specifically designed for companies and critical infrastructure where wireless communication must be avoided for security or compliance reasons. Integration is achieved via Ethernet with PoE+, digital inputs and outputs, a 4–20 mA output, and REST API, MQTT, SMTP, and FTP interfaces. The rugged IP66 housing ensures reliable operation even under demanding industrial conditions. The camera is fully compatible with FLIR Assetlink and FLIR Thermal Studio for centralized facility monitoring and analysis.
