The Rohde & Schwarz ZVH can be retrofitted for additional requirements such as termination and throughput measurement. With the Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Zxx / Rohde & Schwarz FSH-Zxx final power sensors and the option Rohde & Schwarz ZVH-K9, the Rohde & Schwarz ZVH becomes an HF power meter with a measuring range from –67 dBm to +45 dBm.
The Rohde & Schwarz ZVH-K9 option with the throughput power sensors Rohde & Schwarz FSH ‑ Z14 / -Z44 extends the Rohde & Schwarz ZVH to a full-featured throughput power meter for the frequency ranges from 25 MHz to 1 GHz or 200 MHz to 4 GHz. This enables the simultaneous measurement of the output power and adaptation of an antenna in transmitters under operating conditions. The measuring heads measure the average power up to 120 W and make additional attenuators unnecessary. They are compatible with the standards GSM / EDGE, 3GPP WCDMA, cdmaOne, CDMA2000® 1xEV-DO, LTE, DVB-T and DAB. In addition, the maximum envelope power (PEP) up to 300 W can be determined.
