894-235-000 | Probe calibrator 1000 V KHT 1000D, ± 100/200/500/1000 V, 50Hz

These calibrators close a gap in the probe / oscilloscope calibration chain. HV dividers in particular for voltages> 1000 V and divider ratios from 100: 1 must be balanced with higher voltages than regular balancing generators can deliver.

The KHT 1000 can generate DC and square-wave voltages from 100 V to 1000 V. The maximum deviations are between <0.25 and <1% and can be calibrated.

One output each with positive and negative voltage are available. The output voltages can be read on two independent 3½-digit LED displays. The rise time is <15 nsec, typically 12.5 nsec. The overshoot is <2%.
