The probes of the PHV series extend the measuring range of your oscilloscope in order to test high voltages safely and easily. Applications include power supplies and UPS devices, frequency converters and inverters in drive train technology, semiconductor relays and IGBTs. Our high voltage probes are suitable for displaying the fastest signal and waveform events, e.g. B. Standard impulses in EMC tests or faults that you want to recognize.
