855-701-000 | Probe, passive, PML701 1: 1, 38MHz, 55V, 1.3 m, BNC

The compact design of the oscilloscope probe with only 2.5 mm housing diameter at the probe tip is ideal for measurements on SMT components. It allows a far better view of the component to be tested than conventional probe housing designs. The actual probe tip is only 0.5 mm thick, gold-plated and spring-loaded . A fixed but more stable tip is also available to the user. The tips can be easily replaced depending on the application.
